Stakeholder Mapping, Influencing and Communications ½ Day Workshop

Effective stakeholder engagement is critical to the success of any project, initiative or organisational change. This workshop equips participants with practical experience of tools to identify, analyse and prioritise stakeholders, and encourages participant to developing strategies to influence and communicate with them in ways that build trust, alignment and long term support.

Tools such as Starbursting and the Mendalow Matrix are among those that participants will get experience in using.
