I offer the following range of consultancy services that will support the growth and development of your business.

Facilitation

I can provide expert facilitation for meetings, small groups, consultations, workshops or larger scale collaborative facilitation.

Collaborative facilitation involves bringing key stakeholders together to consider how they can best work together to achieve common outcomes or address organisational or strategic challenges.

Facilitation is likely to form part of the process of any consultancy work commissioned by clients. Whilst facilitation can be carried out through a variety of different mediums, I would recommend that it is carried out in person to maximise outputs.

Strategic/Business Planning

I will work with you to identify any of the following aspects for your organisation:

Vision and Values – A vision is a key aspect of determining where your Company wants to go in the future. I will work with you to develop an aspirational and inspirational organisational vision.

Mission – A mission statement describes the here and now of an organisation. I can look at the current operation of your business, its purpose and use a series of tools to develop an inspiring mission statement that will be the envy of your competitors.

Strategic Objectives – I will assist in the development of your core strategic objectives, aligning them to the organisation mission and vision statements.   

Strategic Plan – I will advise and guide you on the development on your strategic plan ensuring that it links with the vision, mission and objectives of your organisation.

Business Plan – I can work with your organisation by engaging with key employess and using your strategic framework to develop your operational business objectives, deliverables and actions whilst ensuring they are alligned to your organisational startegic vision, mission and core objectives.

Challenge Identification and Progression

It is often the case that what an organisation assumes is a challenge or problem area is not in fact the cause at all.

I will work with you to identify the actual  internal and external organisational challenges and progress them forwards towards resolution.

I can work with you on complex challenges using specific tools and techniques to break these down into manageable steps for progression. 

This work often  involves strategic collaboration where a diverse range of key stakeholders are involved in working together to move the challenge forward.

Organisational Design

I can work with you to align the shape and structure of your organisation with its strategy. Key elements I can consider as part of this design are: 

  • A review of what the organisation wants and needs.

 

  • A baseline analysis using tools and models to establish where your organisation is and where it wants or needs to be.

 

  • Consideration of the gap analysis information to design  new organisational practices and processes. 

 

  • Taking a holistic approach through the use of organisational change models to show interrelationships and identify the impact of change on other key areas to ensure any change will be effective.

Business / Service Process Mapping

Separately, or as part of an organisational review, I can look at your  business processes or services and carry out a mapping analysis to identify unnecessary touchpoints and reduce wastage in your systems and /or services to make them more efficient and effective for their end users.

Stakeholder Engagement and Management

I can work with you to complete a detailed stakeholder analysis and mapping exercise, identify any gaps or issues and develop a stakeholder management plan to maximise the success of the stakeholder engagement process. 

Additionally, I can work with your stakeholders to ensure that your service offering is meeting their needs.
