As an experienced facilitator, trainer and consultant, I have over 25 years of experience working with people and organisations across the private, public and voluntary and community sectors.

As a former Senior Training Consultant for the Northern Ireland Civil Service I was responsible for developing, designing, and delivering strategic and policy-focused courses.

I previously worked in the Northern Ireland Innovation Lab where I led the development and delivery of Strategic Insight Labs. In this capacity, I collaboratively engaged with senior stakeholders across multi sectors to deconstruct complex strategic challenges into manageable tasks.

As an accredited facilitator and consultant I can progress your organisational strategic and operational requirements into tangible practical outcomes. 

I studied law at Dundee University and subsequently gained further qualifications from Ulster University and Harvard University in careers guidance and leadership. I leverage my academic foundation to foster skills that drive successful outcomes for organisations, teams and individuals.
