Effective stakeholder engagement is critical to the success of any project, initiative, or organisational change. This workshop equips participants with practical experience of tools to identify, analyse, and prioritise stakeholders, and encourages participant to developing strategies to influence and communicate with them in ways that build trust, alignment, and long-term support. Tools such as starbursting and the Mendalow framework are among those that participants will get experience in using.
