This workshop will focus on practical exercises and scenarios to give participants an understanding of how to set a Vision, Mission, Goals and Objectives using a range of strategic tools such as context mapping, PESTEL, SWOT and Business Model Canva.

This workshop will provide participants with a practical understanding of how to apply strategic tools to develop component parts of the strategic hierarchy. This workshop will highlight the importance of strategic context setting and will highlight how its importance in all aspects of a business.

Aimed at : those who want experience in the practical application of developing key components of the strategic planning hierarchy.
