This practical one day course will provide you with an overview of the Stakeholder Management process. Being able to identify, analyse, understand and communicate effectively with your stakeholders is instrumental in executing business objectives and ensuring business success.

The management of stakeholders is crucial to the success of a business, and can lead to more effective engagement, yet sadly it can often be overlooked or managed ineffectively.

By the end of the course you will  have experience and knowledge of using a series of tools and techniques for effective stakeholder management enabling you to develop a stakeholder strategy for your business.
