A practical workshop using a range of problem identification tools that could include Root Cause Tree; 5 Why; CGT to ‘How can we…’ or ‘4 What’ to enable participants to understand how they can define problems in different ways. The second stage is to provide practical experience on the how generate ideas for the problems with generation tools including tools that may include Mind Mapping, sprinting and What Would?
The final part of the day provides practical application on a range of tools that can be used readily to prioritise the recommendations or solutions such as MoSCoW, RICE and dot voting.
Aimed at: Those who want to experience and understand how to practically apply a range of tools within the fields of problem identification, idea generation and prioritisation using scenarios.
