This practical one day course looks at the different facilitation skills, tools and techniques that stimulate group dynamics in event and meeting settings to deliver effective results.

Effective facilitation is about designing and delivering a process that simulates groups or teams to work together to maximise their contributions to achieve a particular purpose or set of objectives.

Target Audience

This course is for anyone who has a role in facilitating groups or teams in event or meeting environments and who wish to increase their understanding of facilitation and develop their skills and techniques in this area.
