This half day course primarily focuses on providing an overview of the different stages of the facilitation process and their relevant requirements, taking account of the different facilitation skills, tools and techniques that stimulate group dynamics in event and meeting settings to deliver effective results.

Effective facilitation is about designing and delivering a process that simulates groups or teams to work together to maximise their contributions to achieve a particular purpose or set of objectives.

Target Audience:
This course is for anyone who wants to learn more about the facilitation process, is likely to be involved in facilitating or just started  facilitating groups or teams in event or meeting environments and wants to.

This course is underpinned by practical examples where participants will get an opportunity to discuss develop effective facilitation skills and understand different facilitation tools and techniques.
