The McKinsey 7-S Framework is a diagnostic tool that helps organisations assess and align seven key internal elements to achieve effectiveness and sustainable growth.
This workshop introduces participants to the model, explores its practical application through exercises that apply the framework to real organisational challenges. Participants will explore the interactions and alignment between key elements that influence an organisation’s ability to change and provide resolutions for improvement and organisational change.
The seven elements—Strategy, Structure, Systems, Shared Values, Skills, Style and Staff—are interconnected. Misalignment among them often leads to inefficiencies, cultural friction or stalled transformation. By understanding and applying the 7-S model, leaders and teams can identify gaps, strengthen alignment and progress the required improvements to drive organisational performance
